For grades 1 and 2, students benefit from the service twice a week for one hour a day (12:10 p.m., with a ratio of 3 children per adult).   For grades 3 to 6, youth come to the service twice a week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday) for one hour a day (3:00 to 4:00 p.m., with a ratio of 6 children per group). These students, who present greater academic difficulties, benefit from the service and are followed by a special education teacher or a speech therapist. For the selection of the children, the teachers receive explanations of the program at the beginning of the school year. Thus, each family is met at home before starting the program.
